EU Q4 2022: rents rise, house prices fall

In the fourth quarter of 2022, rents and house prices in the EU increased compared with the same period in 2021, with a 2.5% rise in rents and a 3.6% increase in house prices. Compared with the third quarter of 2022, house prices showed a decrease for the first time since the upward trend began in 2015 (-1.5% in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared with the third quarter of 2022).
