Mid-year check on climate plans: not much to analyse

The lack of government action to improve their 2030 climate targets and submit ambitious 2035 targets is putting the 1.5˚C target at high risk of multi-decadal overshoot that would have drastic consequences for people and ecosystems globally, the Climate Action Tracker (CAT) said.
