Stedelijke verontreiniging blijft een grote bedreiging voor de gezondheid in de EU. Dit blijkt uit een vandaag door de Europese Rekenkamer (ERK) gepubliceerd verslag. Ondanks verbeteringen zijn de Europese steden nog steeds te lawaaierig en is ook de luchtverontreiniging onvoldoende afgenomen. De auditors vinden dit met name zorgwekkend nu de EU en haar lidstaten de komende jaren nog meer inspanningen moeten leveren om te voldoen aan de strengere normen. In the third quarter of 2024, house prices in the EU went up by 3.8%, while rents increased by 3.2% compared with the third quarter of 2023. Compared with the second quarter of 2024, house prices increased by 1.4% and rents by 0.9%. Lees meer over House prices and rents went up in Q3 2024
