House prices and rents went up in Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, house prices in the EU rose by 4.9%, while rents increased by 3.2% compared with the fourth quarter of 2023. Compared with the third quarter of 2024, house prices increased by 0.8% and rents by 0.6%.
